HOPE Program New Mentor Application 2025-2026

The application to serve as a HOPE Program Mentor for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to serving with us for the entire program year (Sept through April). Please thoughtfully respond to all the questions below. In addition to your responses, your acceptance will depend on your availability and the current number of enrolled students in need of a mentor.
